For the induction charging to work, the wireless charger must be plugged with its cable to a wall charger or computer.

Not all computers are equipped with the Bluetooth technology. Some computers may detect Bluetooth devices without being able to connect to them. Check that your device is equipped with this technology directly from the manufacturer. If not, we suggest you equip it with a latest generation Bluetooth receiver to allow you to connect your wireless audio device to your computer.

In most cases you cannot buy a product that is not in stock, as we update it daily. However, it happens that some products are out of stock in our warehouse. In all cases, you will be informed of this shortage and we will offer you a delivery delay or a similar item as a replacement.
We leave you free to choose to keep the order, change it or simply cancel it without charge.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the geographical area to be delivered and the weight of the package. The cost of delivery is free when your order is over 49€.

We deliver only in Metropolitan France (including Corsica).

Please position your headphone or earphones correctly. In fact, a badly worn headphone or earphones can reduce sound quality and volume.
From the your application or device settings you can adjust the bass and treble by activating the equalizer. We recommend changing these settings to boost your sound experience. Follow us on our social media to learn more.

• To maintain great performances from your device, please use the original charging cable provided in the packaging.
• The use of a powerful charger (for a tablet for example) is dangerous for our products. Indeed, it can cause the overheating of the battery and reduce its lifespand. We advise you to connect our products to the USB port of your computer. Otherwise, you can buy a charger and make sure that its power is suitable for our products.
• For our wireless earphones, please put them back in their case correctly and close the case to turn them off. If they are not stored and still connected to your device, they will discharge.
• If you notice a malfunction that is not related to the misuse of your device, please contact the customer service of your store or e-commerce site to proceed to an exchange.

Choosing a product without testing it first can be a headache. We have therefore created a favorites page on our website so you can compare all the products that interest you. We advise you to choose your product according to your use and expectations. You can easily find on Youtube different product tests to give you a precise idea of the different specifications of our products.
